With our core vision to expand the IPLC Network globally and equip one million pastors and leaders, we offer a strategic model for impact and growth. After attending and participating in an International Conference, each attendee receives a certificate of participation. Upon returning to their home country, participants have the opportunity to host a National Conference, where a Partner Speaker from the IPLC Network is invited to provide training and speak at the event. The IPLC Network also offers partial support for these national gatherings, helping to strengthen local leadership and further expand our global reach.

How it Works?
International COnference
Pastors and leaders are required to attend the IPLC Network International Conference, hosted annually in various countries and promoted through the official IPLC Network website and social media platforms.
certification
After attending the week-long conference hosted by the IPLC Network, each participant receives an official certificate issued by the IPLC Network Team and Speakers, serving as a mark of identity and authentication of the training and equipping provided by IPLC Network International.
National IPLC
After a pastor or leader returns to their home country, they can contact the IPLC Network team to apply for hosting a National IPLC Conference. The IPLC team first verifies the applicant’s credibility and reviews key requirements before granting approval. Once confirmed, the pastor or leader is given permission to host a three-day conference with local leaders from their country. The IPLC Network also provides one International Speaker to participate and contribute to the event.
